I am also setting up a 2ft and would love to see what other people are/have done, and what advice others can offer?

I was also wondering what filter, skimmer and everything everyone would recommend for my tank which is 85L?

I really want my tank to work so i am very interested in any information from people who have done this before.

Hey, im kind of new to this but heres my input...
im also starting a 2ft tank (90L)
and i have been reading up on articles etc. and have noticed that some info says that you dont need filters and all that, just good live rock for biological filtration
Basically im thinking of this:
sand (or other substrate)
good live rock
power heads for good circulation
as for lighting, the sites i've read on are mostly overseas one but at my LFS they sell aqua-glo marine lighting which i think should be fine
and obviously sea salt and heater (depending where you live if its colder or warmer)

G,day all,
I have a 120lt nano with Arco coral that contains bacteria that has a four day clearence of all levels,I recommend nsw, sydney based supplier, and never had an issue, but all things come hand in hand, premium cured rock as well good flow, optimum substrate and filtration DO NOT skimp out or you will suffer financially.Accomplish this and death count of all corals and fish reduce to nil.

which supplier are you talking about? has he a website.
thanks mate
